NovaSensor is the American based in Fremont, Silicon Valley company established in 1985. Nova Sensor is a leading producer of silicon pressure sensors and dice. Products portfolio consist of 5 main sensor types:

• NPH - air and non-corrosive gases - pressure sensors without separating diaphragm
• NPI - all media - pressure sensors with stainless steel isolating diaphragm
• NPC - air and other gases - price effective ceramic sensors
• NPP - air and other gases - circuit board mountable

NPH Series

NPH series sensors are available for the following pressure ranges:

• from 0 to 2,5 kPa - NPH-8-002,5 (Gage - G; differential pressure - D)
• from 0 to 7,0 kPa - NPH-8-007 (G or D)
• from 0 to 30 kPa - NPH-8-030 ( G, D or A - absolute pressure)
• from 0 to 100 kPa - NPH-8-100 (G, D or A)
• from 0 to 200 kPa - NPH-8-200 (G, D or A)
• from 0 to 700 kPa - NPH-8-700 (G, D or A)

NPI Series

NPI-19 or NPI-15 are series of sensors with separating diaphragm. Stainless steel housing ensures resistance for corrosive media. NPI series are available in without thread version (marked with "A" letter, e.g. "19A") or with thread (B, H, or J, e.g "19H"), where:

• B - means 1/2 " thread
• H - means 1/4" thread
• J - means 1/8" thread

There are Absolute (e.g. NPI-19A-021AH) and Gage pressure versions (NPI-19A-021GH).

NPI-19 series are a medium pressure range sensors:

• from 0 to 17,2 kPa - NPI-19A-021GH new!!!
• from 0 to 30 kPa - NPI-19A-031GH
• from 0 to 100 kPa - NPI-19A-101GH
• from 0 to 200 kPa - NPI-19A-201GH
• from 0 to 700 kPa - NPI-19A-701GH
• from 0 to 1700 kPa - NPI-19A-172GH

NPI-15 series are a high pressure range sensors:

• from 0 to 3500 kPa - NPI-15A-352SH
• from 0 to 7000 kPa - NPI-15A-702SH
• from 0 to 35 MPa - NPI-15A-353SH
• 10 000 psi (70MPa) range is also available.

NPC Series

NPC series are less accurate pressure sensors, but also less expensive. There are 3 housing types: NPC-410, NPC-1210 and NPC-1220. There are absolute (A), differential (D) and gage (G) versions.

Examplary range symbols for the NPC-1210 differential sensor type:

• 10" H2O (2,5 kPa) - NPC-1210-10WD
• 1 psi (7 kPa) - NPC-1210-001WD
• 5 psi (35 kPa) - NPC-1210-005D
• 15 psi (105 kPa) - NPC-1210-015D
• 30 psi (210 kPa) - NPC-1210-030D
• 50 psi (350 kPa) - NPC-1210-050D
• 100 psi (700 kPa) - NPC-1210-100D

NPP Series

NPP series is available in the abolute pressure version for the following ranges:

• 100 kPa abs. - NPP-301-100A
• 200 kPa abs. - NPP-301-200A
• 700 kPa abs. - NPP-301-700A

NPD Series

NPD NovaSensor Pressure Dice are silicon e.g. 1 mm x 0,7 mm x 0,175 mm chips available in wafers. Wafers are discs from a few hundrets to over thousend dice. Dice are produced in Gage, Differential or absolute pressure versions.
