Pressure Transducer Model 212 FT (Flow Through)
Setra's Model 212FT series true flow through design is ideal for applications that require in-line monitoring of vacuum to high pressure measurement of gases or liquids. Its lack of dead volume reduces purge time/cycles and eliminates potential particle and moisture entrapment. All transducers are helium leak-tested to 1x10-9 ATM.CC/sec.

Differential Wet-Wet Pressure Transducer Model 230
Setra Systems Model 230 is a high output, low differential pressure transducer designed for wet to wet differential pressure measurements of liquids or gases. A fast-response capacitance sensor and signal conditioned electronic circuitry provide a highly accurate, linear analog output proportional to pressure. Both unidirectional and bi-directional pressure ranges are available for applications with line pressure up to 250 psig.
A unique isolation system transmits the motion of the differential pressure sensing diaphragm from the high line pressure environment (e.g. corrosive liquids) to the dry (air) enclosure where it moves one of a pair of capacitance plates proportionally to the diaphragm movement. This system responds to pressure changes approximately 20 times faster than conventional fluid-filled transducers.
The variable capacitance is converted to an electrical output proportional to the differential pressure by the capacitance-sensing and signal conditioning circuit located in the enclosure. The electronic circuit linearizes output vs. pressure and compensates for thermal effects of the sensor.
- Unidirectional ranges: from 0-1 to 0-100 psi (from 0-6,8 kPa to 0-680 kPa) differential pressure
- Bidirectional ranges: from 0-+0,5 to 0-+50 psi (from 0-+3,4 kPa to 0-+340 kPa) differential pressure
- Accuracy: ±0,25% FS
- Medium: liquids or gases compatible with stainless steel
- Output: 4-20 mA, 0-5V, 0-10 V

The Model 239 provides a high level voltage output. The C239 provides a 4-20 mA current output. High positive overpressure protection is achieved by the sensor electrode acting as a stop for the diaphragm. The high level output signals, excellent long term stability and fast dynamic response make these transducers ideal for a wide range of industrial, laboratory and aerospace applications.

Pressure Transducer Model 256
Setra Systems low-cost 256 pressure transducer is packaged in an aluminium enclosure that is specifically designed for weatherproof service.
Setra's 256 pressure transducers are totally self-contained electronic packages. Setra's all stainless steel capacitance sensing element does not require isolation from corrosive media. Lack of isolation media also reduces the sensitivity of the units to variations in temperature, producing a more accurate and stable output.
Setra's patented centre mounted electrode configuration is the heart of this simple yet sophisticated design. It features a stainless
steel pressure sensor, with a rigidly attached electrode which forms a variable capacitor. The change in capacitance is detected and transmitted to Setra's custom ASIC based circuit, producing an output signal proportional to applied pressure.
Available in a wide variety of gage pressure ranges, the 256 also features adjustable potentiometers for zero and span settings.

Setra's Model 880 in-line display is a compact, low power analog to digital converter with a 3 1/2 digit LCD display. The 880 is designed to be wired in-line between a Setra pressure transducer and the user's DAS and power supply. The package allows transducer cable entry and strain relief from one side, and power supply cable exit and strain relief from the opposite side. Optional bayonet connectors are also available. Zero and span adjustment pots are located on the side and are used to set the pressure range.

Display Model 327
Setra's Model 327 Micro-Display is designed for use in high density modular block gas sticks and panels required for today's 300mm tools. With a footprint of 1-1/3", the Model 327 is ideal for in-line installation between the power supply and the pressure transducer.
The 327 is a low-power consumption device, which is calibrated to convert the transducer's 0-5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC, or 4-20 mA output to a viewable 3-1/2" digit display. The back-lit Liquid Crystal Display - LCD makes reading the display even easier.
The front face of the 327 rotates 360 degrees for viewing in any of four orientations. Front access to the multi-turn zero and span potentiometers, switchable PSI and kPa pressure units, and pressure ranges from 10 PSI to 200 PSI full scale complete this unique design.
